On this day America celebrates its independence. Families and friends get together, backyard festivities, gatherings at local parks, time spent out on the lake, or sitting under a shade tree and enjoying the beauty of nature. Certainly the founding fathers understood what the real meaning of Independence Day meant. But does today’s society fully comprehend what Independence Day means?

This writer believes that only a tiny handful of the population really knows what July 04 stands for.

The United States of America formed out of oppression, suppression, unfair taxation without representation from a corrupt royal monarchy. The colonies population came together and formed a fighting force against an invading military force and succeeded to victory, practically with sticks and stones compared to the sheer numbers and inventory their opponent brought with them. Yet the colonies population managed to win the fight, and gave birth to liberty, justice and freedom for all.

In those days there was not much distraction compared with today. There was no radio, no television, no telephone or cell phones, no internet, no podcasts, no dvd’s, no pdf articles, no facebook or twitter, and no tv programs convincing the population to spend up to two hours of their time to watch dancing contestants to be voted out of the competition, or voted off an island or from a game set up and labeled as reality. The founding fathers and the colonies population focused on survival, and focused on creating a free nation, which became a REAL reality.

In the 1960’s, during a very difficult time for America, one man stood up and fought for equal rights and equal civil liberties. He managed to get the attention of millions and with that in hand, marched onto Washington and ushered in CHANGE which brought those millions the freedom and equal rights and liberties that the nation stood for and fought for in its beginning. This person stood against all odds and difficulties. One man made a difference and because of his actions, gave millions more equal liberties and civil rights to which are enjoyed today. Martin Luther King brought REAL change, and convinced millions to stand with him peacefully and brought about CHANGE.

Today, there are those who claim to be fighting for the return of what America really stands for. We are bombarded by those podcasts, dvd’s and pdf articles. Millions subscribe, gladly paying a price with money to these operations which for some unknown reason, only seem to be able to convince the masses that follow them to merely pitch in to the donation pot, or spin up the next upcoming dvd, or just to donate to help keep that broadcast or podcast site going. Some of those organizations have been around since pre-9/11…and even longer. Yet whenever one of them schedules a little “rally” to protest, what is seen in those documentation videos? Do we see the impressionable numbers of protesters taking part in the protest as was seen back in the 60’s for civil liberties?

NO! We do not! We merely see a tiny handful at each of these so called “freedom fighter follies”, which turns out to be nothing more than a fantasy play show for the one hosting the event. Standing in front of their cameras that tag along to document and record, holding the bullhorn up and screaming words and phrases that by the end of the day, mean NOTHING.  Some even making claims of predicting this or that well in advance of anything happening, yet where were these so called “know it all, predict it all’s” PRIOR to anything happening? Why are these types of individuals followed by tens of thousands each and every day and week believing the nonsense these so called freedom fighters throw out there? Where were they and why did they not speak out prior to anything happening to begin with?

These conspiracy entrepreneurs have but one agenda. They are not there to help people see truth or instruct them how to seek the truth. They are there to merely convince the already stooped populace how to contribute for the next video release or article pdf release. And after the next release or next episode or next posted tweet, do we see CHANGE taking place? OR..do we see nothing more than a flock of blank faces and minds eagerly awaiting for the next thing from their favorite show host they so gladly give their funding to. Do we see millions gathering at these hosts rallies and events? Or do we see a tiny number barely big enough to even form a single line across the width of a typical residential street?

What this nation needs is another Martin Luther King, another REAL leader of REAL change that CAN bring us REAL useful information and REAL ideas. This nation needs another “Million Mile March” onto Washington and like in the days of the civil rights movement, DEMAND the REAL CHANGE that every single individual American knows is desperately needed. However, is there any single individual or group of individuals or show host with the prowess and staying power with the likes of MLK to inflict REAL CHANGE….or will the only result be just a cesspool of walking asleep population having not a single clue about what to do, how to do it or where to begin and all just waiting for that next video or podcast or article?

Would it surprise anyone that at no time did Martin Luther King EVER ask ANY of his followers for monetary support! Not a single instance! Yet he managed to gain the attention, on both sides of the issue of civil rights and brought about REAL CHANGE to America and to a section of American society which was oppressed.

Why do these modern day conspiracy entrepreneurs need any of us to just gladly send them our money when all we see in return are videos and podcasts and articles, all of which do not include anything within that give the reader or viewer or listener the knowledge and conviction to stand up against the wrong doings of government and leadership and to take action? Why are so many so easily controlled in this manner? These hosts speak of freedom and tyranny. They speak of taking back our nation. Yet the biggest thing these people focus on is NOT instructing or demonstrating to the masses how to protest peacefully and how to fight back against oppression. They simply say in each episode and video something like “go to my site and click on such and such and pre-order your copy of our upcoming video or podcast”.

How many of you reading this editorial consider yourself a part of those groupies following their false leaders and false prophets of prediction and self appointment of be all end all? How many of you out there right now actually believe your being helped by these fakes who desire nothing more than for you to drop another buck into their collection pails so they can build their bunkers and off the grid homestead selective membership communities?

How many of you out there truly believe that any of these so called freedom fighters will be around to save your ass when it all goes to hell in a hand basket? Do any of you actually believe that your favorite show host or video author or article writer will be there to hold your hand and show you the way to enlightenment and survival when the store shelves are bare, when the power grids are down, when the water supplies are dry, when the food chain is broken? Has ANY of your favorite show host or article writers ever said in ANY of their publications that they will gladly open their doors to their fortified bunkers and hide-a-way ranch places that YOU paid for, invite ANY of YOU who gladly pitched in to the pails and put you under their protective wing?

How many of these so called freedom fighter know it all be all end all prediction prophets who always show up AFTER an event, will be around for YOU when the time comes BEFORE an event? Or will you be capable of seeing through their crap and realize that after spending 20 years pounding fists on a studio table shouting in front of a microphone and camera that what they are spoon feeding you with will really help you when the time comes? Are they willing to bring you into their realms when it all falls apart? How many out there expect these “entertainers”…and that is what they are, nothing more than entertainers, to gladly let thousands if not hundreds of thousands seek shelter and safety within their safe havens that all of you people paid for?

It is this writer’s impression that not a single one who follows these so called caring hosts who for so long have been pounding out the same garbage year after year, will be around to release that next episode or video or podcast or article for the masses to so willingly give their funding to so that they feel convinced their contribution will help protect them. These false prophets are there for one reason and one reason only.

To take advantage of your weakness. To convince you that by giving to them you help yourself, when there is not a single piece of advice, information or instruction within ANYTHING they dump onto you that would help you survive. Their actions they impose upon anyone so easily captured by their “ohh ahh” tricks serves one purpose…and it is NOT to help you. For if any of it really did include REAL information that would bring about REAL change, just like that in the days of the civil rights movement and the Million Mile March on Washington led by Martin Luther King, not a single person out there would be needing to continuously contribute for the same return they get each and every time ever since the beginning.

Showing someone the problem is one thing….showing someone how to resolve a problem is another thing all together. Nowhere has this writer seen any real useful information that the everyday average person can take and utilize to better the situation in America. After all…with so much predictive programming going on, on both sides of the media realm, who knows if any of it will bring about the REAL CHANGE we all so desperately seek. This writer believes that it is “too little too late”.

This writer believes that the population today is NOT like that of the population during the Independence War which began by a common people of a newly formed nation because they believed in a higher cause, a higher purpose, a more meaningful ends to bring about liberty, justice and freedom. The population of today is so wrapped up in text messaging, iphone apps and game box foes and who is the next one to vote off the island or dancing stage. Today’s population has not a clue about what REAL freedom and REAL liberty is all about. Today’s population has been programmed to believe that just giving money to conspiracy entrepreneurs will solve their problems and any problems yet to come and they can just sit there like lumps on a log and believe all is well within the confines of their yards and homes.

If all it took was for a society to dump their money to these false prophets of freedom and liberty, then WHY IS NOTHING CHANGING FOR THE BETTER? Why are things actually getting worse? Why are there more jobs and industry being lost? Why is the nation’s debt increasing with each passing second and well into the trillions of dollars? Why is there on-going unjustified wars with sovereign nations who have done nothing to warrant invasion and war waged against them? Why does the population continue to be so blind, deaf and dumb to these corrupt leaders who do nothing more than lie, steal and cheat their way into office, all the while smiling and waving behind the podium like a wizard waving a wand of mind manipulation?

Perhaps the next time when a show host or video author or article writer begs you to dig deep into your pockets and hand over your change, you will think twice and instead of handing over money change, how about handing over a piece of paper with the words written on it saying “Change for Change”.

Until the population wakes up and realizes they are being fooled by two opposing forces while standing in the middle between these forces, nothing will change…nor will those imposing their influence upon an entire society so willing to be unaware and asleep at their own wheel.
